Anastas has had a 15-year successful career in building sales networks in the food, cosmetics and petroleum businesses, both in Russia, Kazakhstan and Greece, exhibiting the remarkable ability to "read the consumer's minds" in designing the optimum sales strategy.
His vision of the sales distribution network of Gazpromneft Lubricants Ltd. in Greece has received multiple commendations from the mother company and an award in 2018.
Ioanna has 10 years banking experience working for ABN AMRO Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland in the capacity of Corporate Client Risk Advisor. A special project involved singlehandedly setting up the back-office department of ASPIS International Asset Management MFMC, following their acquisition of the ABN AMRO Bank’s Private Banking sector and mutual funds management in Greece.
For the past 9 years, Ioanna has been setting up and running commercial companies, with the latest 3 years involved in designing and implementing the operational model for Gazpromneft Lubricants Ltd distribution network in Greece.
PHILOSOPHY OF COMPANY - THE GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION
ACTIV-EU is responsible for setting up the operational framework within which distributors of lubricants in defined regions in Greece conduct their sales.
The operational framework includes setting up commercial and pricing policy, gradual building of sales network and corresponding back-office support, selection of appropriate sales managers, as well as business ethics.
ACTIV-EU aims at providing an umbrella framework for distributors to operate, whereby, their investment is safe and bearing a steady flow of returns.
The commercial policy is customized to account for market peculiarities and is flexible in order to adapt to different sector demands. End-users of lubricants, from the private vehicle owner, to industry engineers, enjoy the continuous support and technical guidance required to achieve optimal results from lubricant usage.
